This is the experience my 9 year old son, who has a developmental disability similar to autism, has experienced: His symptoms began when we STOPPED Reglan Teachers thought he was having seizures Uncontrollable head and facial movements Tongue rolling and protruding Extreme restlessness Slurred speech

My best guess is this: to stop the Reglan, it is probably best to taper off it slowly, instead of shocking the system by cold turkeying off it.
