Hi I have Lupus for the past 12 years nad I am treated for the past year with Prednisone. At times they go up to 40mg and than taper it down. Currently I am taking 7.5mg daily and I experience dizziness and chest pain and night sweats. For the depression I take Trazadone, which helps me to sleep at night.
