Has anybody had almost instantaneous sharp back pains -- mid back...

Has anybody had almost instantaneous sharp back pains -- mid back -- within an hour of taking the first dose of Levaquin? Also, I just took the first pill -- this is probably the third time I've been prescribed this drug. I've noticed that I get unexplained sharp pains in my toes/feet on and off that feel a lot like the pain I've experienced tonight in my back. Thanks for any insight! And thanks for this site -- I just found it!
