I have noticed very dry skin and vag dryness as well. My skin has cleared up and my weight has not fluctuated. My breasts are bigger, but I do not have the CONSTANT feeling of bloat that I did on Ortho Tri-cyclen. Also, I had bad mood swings on OTC that I don't have with this. Also have noticed brown periods.
