I've been on effexor XR for 3 weeks. I'm bi-polar. I have this bizarre twitching thing happening. It's pretty weird. It happens sometimes 5 or 6 times in a minutes, then not for a few hours. My face itches off and on. My sleep is different. I wake up between 2 and 3 am every night. I get back to sleep, but it's strange. My lips were numb the first week. That's about all I can think of.
