I am 73. Have tacky and sick sinus syndrone. Taking Toporal 50 mg. since November 04. I have been so sleepy and tired during the daytime. I am cutting my 50mg tab to 25mg. and begin to take it in the pm. I also have weight gain, feeling of wanting to cry and in general not caring....I am also taking amiodarone-200 mg., synthroid 25mg. and norvasc 2.5 . Too much! Illena
