I have been on Paxil 10 mg for panic attacks since 1998. I have to admit it's been a great drug for me and has helped remove the panic attacks. It makes me very sleepy and tired, and my sex drive is a lot less. I've also gained about 60 pounds on Paxil and don't feel like exercising or doing anything energetic. Still, the panic attacks were much worse, I was ready to kill myself. I cannot take the generic Paxil, it does not work for me at all.
