I have had no side affects with kenalog. I have had about 2 shots a year with no fat atrophy at all. I have suffered from hayfever for 20 years and for the past 4 years I have not had one sinus infection, and have been able to enjoy my fall/footbal season. I am sorry that it doesn't work well for others. P.J.
