Skin Tags From Estring????

i have been using estring for a few months now not sure how long exactly but i had a complete hysterectomy overies and all and was being treated for the apthry issues and feeling like having urintract infections and vag dryness but due to having a complete romoval the ring does not stay still and has a tendency to come out \move alot durn inter course and bowel movements of any kind so i remove it before wash and reinsert but my vag was getting extremly sore and and chaffed from the ring and now i have small lumps in my vag!!! and are sore when chafed my gyob took a sample and sent it and it came back as it being skin tags......when i read up on skin tags it states they have non cancerous fleshy lumps of skin caused by chaffing which can be removed safely....but why do they not state it any where that it can cause this type of side effect also ???...i loved using the estring other then these issues as at first all was fine and i felt normal again having my moisture back from it but then all these issues happened i am worried if i continue using it after they are removed they will happen again as there is no other size of this ring i am told to help it fit in better and i have tried the cream and the suppositories but find they do not work as good and have trouble remembering when i am to put them in and which days not to would be easier if it was like a vitamine you took daily not took it for a few then skip a few days i loose track easily it was easier to put it in every three months and worked amazing for awhile i am confused and frustrated has anyone else had this issue???? any ideas would appreciate any ty :)
