Does Anyone Experience Weight Gain.
Posted over a year ago
My daughter is autistic. She has ocd and agressive behaviors. She gains about 3 to 4 pounds a month. She has been taking this for a year now.
Notalone80 - I have worked with children of autism for 3 years and I will tell you to take your child off of that medication and concentrate more on what your feeding your child. OCD is a mental condition that can be controlled through therapy. Aggressive behavior is learned and sometimes, foods can increase or decrease behaviors. So make sure your child is getting rest, exercise, water and proper nutrition. Yoga is good too. But, if your child needs medication, make sure its not interfering with the foods he or she consumes. I would use medication has a last result. You may want to do some research on blue-green algae, cut out the refined sugars, and visit a doctor who specializes in children's nutrition. I hope this helps, I adore autistic children. Thank you!!
