I took 4 levaquin pills in february 2011. Since then my ankles have been mush, my joints, especially my knee and ankle joints pop loudly, my ears ring, and I have chronic fatigue. There are some brain fog and depersonalization issues also and my feet tingle all the time. I have random shooting pains all over my body.
My Orthopedist said there was nothing she could do for me. My prescribing doctor said she can do nothing for me either.
Ldmfloxed2009 - I am so sorry - welcome to the world of the "floxed". I'll be 53 on Saturday; I took Avelox, another of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics a little over 2 years ago, and haven't been the same since. There is a Facebook support group if you'd be interested in joining; here's the link. Not a lot of answers out there, but it helps to know that others understand what you're going through.
