Achilles Tendon Damage

i took levaquin back in march 2008 for a bacterial infection on my legs. October 2008 i ended up going to the doctor because i started having pain in my heels and legs. it was so painful i couldn't hardly walk. doctor told me it was achilles tendinitis and that it was because of my feet.I didn't experience this pain til after i took levaquin, but i didnt tell the doctor i had taken the medication. so he prescribed me to take therapy for 4 weeks and to get custom made orthotics. i didnt get the custom made, but the therapy and the orthotics did ok for a littlte while. then in 2009 i started having the saame problems again i kept coming up with excuses not to have it seen about til couldnt take it anymore. now its 2010 and going to therapy again 2 days a week for 4 wks.and i now have the custom made orthotics. as long as i wear them i am ok. but the pain is still there. i still work never stopped cant afford to stop working, i am a housekeeper. i had contacted a lawyer about this when saw the ad about levaquin. after a few months, the lawyers contacted me and said that my injuries werent severe enough. my question is should i keep pursuing this?
