Lipotor Cause Low Platelets??

Has lipitor caused anyone to have low platelets. I started lipitor 3 months ago - only 10mg daily - in addition to muscle and joint pain my platelets are low. In May they were 300, now 3 months later they are 100. Has this happened to anyone else??
Bpurdy1645 - Are you still taking Lipitor? Did that resolve your issue (by stopping Lipitor)? I have the same questions.
