Has anyone else developed extreme sun sensitivity? I have many of the other side effects listed here, but 6 months ago my dose was increased and I became so sensitive to the sun that I can't go outside for even a minute. I get a deep tissue burning (not a sunburn on the surface) and tingley or chills sensations. I have been to the Dr. and stopped taking it one month ago, but so far no improvement. Please, i would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.
Mensasnem - I've been taking lisinopril every day for years and have never noticed ANY sun sensitivity -- and I typically spend many hours outside in the sun.
On the other hand, I eat lots of carrots, to the point that the underlying color of my skin is quite yellow. I also tan very easily and quickly. I haven't had a sunburn in years.
