Lisinopril Heart Flutters

cant breathe!! Feel like i got a lump the size of Georgia in my throat!! heart flutters all the time..pulse is up to 120! Sure BP went from 168/110 to 112/70 but this not being able to breathe properly and feeling like i am going to die any minute has got to end!!!
