I am a 59 year old male. My side effects were muscle spasms and muscle cramping during the the first week and those symptoms passed after that first week. About day 20 I experienced some cognitive impairment. I had trouble concentrating and I couldn't follow logical steps in my head. My mind would just wander when I tried to concentrate. My clarity of thought was very cloudy and muddled. This went on for a few days and got better but it has not receded completely. I would say my mental clarity is 95% of what it was before I started the drug.
