Cough and Acid Reflux

I have been on Lisinopril for one month I never had a cough like this before after being on lisinopril for a month my doctor nows says I have acid reflux is anyone else like this.
Swedish - I have never taken any blood pressure medications, but I know that ACE-inhibitors (lisinopril belongs to that group)) are known to cause cough.

Stormiskye - Ihave had the same thing happen. I have been off of Lisinoipril since January of this year. But, due to my taking the prescription for approx 10 months I now have scarring-lung damage and nodules in my lungs. Have had surgery for reflux and am on 2 medications for it that are over $200 a month. I never had reflux prior to taking lisinopril and had clear lungs in an exray jsut 3 months prior to the one showing the lung damages. I did not have any relux symptoms but horrible chest pains that came on suddenly and now I have esophigitis from it.
