Eye Problems - Taking Lisinopril
I am 39 and have been taking Lisinopril for 5 weeks. I started noticing what felt like sinus infection symptoms 2 weeks ago. These included tightness around my nose and eyes. A slight pressure headache and pain behind my ears and at the back of my head. I told my doctor this and he assured me it wasn't the medication. I am 39 and have been taking Lisinopril for 5 weeks. I started noticing what felt like sinus infection symptoms 2 weeks ago. These included tightness around my nose and eyes. A slight pressure headache and pain behind my ears and at the back of my head. I told my doctor this and he assured me it wasn't the medication. I also had sharp pain in the corners of my eye - first one then the other.
My eyes now have floaters and are sensitive to light. They feel strange when I close them and they feel like they are strained. It is also difficult to focus sometimes.
I've seen some similar side effects mentioned but I am just wondering if anyone else has had similar side effects I am not on any other meds.
