3 Month Sample Period

I am getting ready to start my third month of sample cycles of Loestrin. Since taking this BC, I have had two regular periods that fell on the proper cycle, and two week-long breakthrough bleeds of moderate flow. I am also experiencing a severe change in my acne - I used to have relatively clear skin, with a few pimples along my chin right before my periods. Now, however, I have rash-like breakouts along my jawlines and forehead. I am also noticing random bouts of eczema-like dry patches all over my body. My cramping and migraines have been reduced, which is a God-send, but I'm not sure if all of these other issues are worth sticking with this form of BC.
Is anyone else experiencing these types of problems?
