I have been off birth control pills for about 5 years. I decided to try the pill again and my doctor prescribed Loestrin 24. I took the first pill this last Sunday morning and have been TERRIBLY SICK. I have had hot flashes, persistent diarrhea and now am experiencing nausea. I only took ONE pill. How long does it take for just one pill to get through your system? I realize you probably should try for longer, but I am so seriously miserable!!!!!
Cjpryor01 - I really don't think it's the loestrin 24 that's giving you those symptoms. They prescribed this pill to me for my hot flashes and hormone replacement. I have premature menopause at age 36. This pill has been great for me.
