Double Pulmonary Embolism

I had been taking 24 for a few months , when my husband and I went on a car trip . 16 hr drive, but took breaks. After returning home I was very ill with severe flu like symptoms for 2 weeks! (dont hesitate to get checked out kike i did) Dizziness, nausea, weakness, etc. etc. when pain in my left arm, chest, back became unbearable (also unable to take normal breaths) was urged to go to ER - lucky to be alive as I could barely take shallow breaths and pain was excruciating. Blood clots in both lungs were caused by birth control combined with the immobility from the car trip. Spent 3 days in ICU, 2 weeks in closely monitored hospital room. Scariest time of my life...at age 25! Otherwise excellent health, no previous medical conditions. Coumadin/PT checks for 6 mos. and I'm happy to be alive! Be advised, and ask questions!!!
