I Dont Understand!

I have been taking Loestrin 24 Fe for a week and 2 days. I have been spot bleeding and now im bleeding a little heavier. But it seems like it only happens after i have been sexually active. What is it? Is this natural? Or could i be preg.? Please tell me!
