Extreme Breast Tenderness on Loestrin

Has anyone experienced extreme breast tenderness on Loestrin 24? I have such pain in my left breast that i cant stand it some times, it hurts to the touch.
I also havent gotten a period since Sept., when I started the pill.
i have noticed some mood swings, and cramping also.
Any insight would be great. Thanks!
Casermay87 - I have! I'm in my 3rd month of taking it and my breasts are SO tender! It's making me crazy! I wonder if it goes away?
Am2010 - I've had breast pain almost every morning upon waking since my first few weeks of loestrin. It's unbearable pain sometimes. Also have pretty consistent cramping and have been having at least light period bleeding since I started the pills. I'm on week 3 of my 2nd pack. I hope this goes away!!!
Mellymerch - Mellymerch - I have had the same thing. My doctor told me that some women develop cysts in their breasts while on the pill. Or they develop by stopping the pill mid-cycle. I've been taking a supplement called Fibrovyn (get it online- Google it), which helps break up cysts. Since I've been on those, the pain has gone away. Good luck!

Brican - It's all part of the side effects and it's normal not to have a period while onthis birth control
