I've Been on Loestrin 24 for 5 Months Now and I Feel Very Pregnant!

I was switched to Loestrin 24 after having chronic pelvic pain, and have been on it for about 5 months now.I started to feel weird from the middle of January until now. I've been having a lot of break through bleeding. It's very light brown, and won't even show up on a liner. In January, it happened three times with a week of nothing in between all of them.
Last week I completely lost my appetite, and this week I've had nothing but extreme nausea and vomiting. I'm also very exhausted, crampy, I have headaches, and I'm sensitive to odors.
The home preg test say I'm not pregnant, even though it really does feel like it, and I want to say it's this bc that's making me feel this way.
Anyone else feel super pregnant on this pill? I'm almost certain I am, that's how strong these symptoms are.
