Metoprolol Succinate ER I was changed from Toprol 50 XL to metoprolol succ 50 mg XR, did not associate problems with the change. Leg pains have started, & got worse, feet are cramping, fatigue so bad I now use handrail to climb steps [never had to do this before]. Have a shortened sleep period, often awake w/sweats. The fatigue is the worse thing, last year I could go, and enjoy, paintball w/my age-15 son, now I doubt I could last an hour at this. Vision blurs late in day. Am headed to cardiologist today, will re-post results soon. This sucks!
