Zithromax Z-Pak I'm on the 5 day course. On my 2nd day. I had diarrhea yesterday and today it's gone. I just feel nausious and don't have much of an appetite. Just wanna go curl up and sleep. No really bad side effects (yet) though. *crosses fingers*
