Ultracet I have chronic back aches and headaches. My doctor prescribed Ultracet and I began taking it today. It hasn't TOUCHED my back and neck pain. I'm also worried about insomnia, after reading other people's posts. I don't think this medicine is working for me. Codeine is the only effective pain reliever, for me, with this kind of pain.
