Warfarin Sodium Symptoms which were not in existence prior to staring on warfarin although my doctors say they don't think it's warfarin I'm sure it is. I usually need to take around 9.5 to 10mg but my INR is never stable. Side effects are extreme fatigue, fuzzy thinking, forgetfulness, hot rosy cheeks.
