Cortisone Acetate It is wonderful for the pain. I have shoulder arthritis and costochondritis. I get 3 shots a year. One in each shoulder and one in the chest. I get the hot feeling, insomnia, pain worse for about 3 days. Then I get an itchy feeling in my chest like it is healing.
