Mirena Back Pain, Gerd, Spine, Fatigue, Pain in Armpit

Left sided rib cage pain, pain under and over left shoulder blade. Pain in armpit which burns through breast tissue. Pain to sternum. Pain to left lower back at side of spine above gluteal area. Fatigue. I thought the mirena was a good idea after my 2nd child in 2008, but now I know it was the worst thing I could have done. It started in Jan, and Feb of 2010 I began with the pain described above to the shoulder blade. It has progressively gotten worse and spread to the other areas indicated. I was also diagnosed with GERD this year. Before this I had been healthy. All of the cat scans, MRI's, and x-rays have shown nothing and my doctor has told me he doesn't know what is wrong with me. I have tried 6 weeks of physical therapy with no improvement. I had a trial of Mobic and Neurontin for pain control. I am now seeing a chiropractor for the back pain. I made an appt. to have the mirena removed in a couple of weeks and am hoping for some relief after that.
