Mirena, Swollen Joints

hi there, I had the mirena inserted 8 weeks ago. 4 days ago I woke up and the joints in my hands, knees, fingers, shoulders were swollen and stiff. I've never had nothing like thus before. I had the mirena removed the same day. Since then things have improved slightly but Im still experiencing swelling and stiffness. Have other sufferers made a 100 percent recovery?
Goodyearchic - I would say it took me a month to be 90% better after removal. After that over the next 3-4 months most symptoms went away. I've had it removed for about 3-4 years now. I can't remember how long it took exactly, but I'd say about a year to get back to normal.
