Horrible Lower Abdomen Pain.........

I had the Mirena put in last year around April 09. I thought this would be perfect for me; I have 1 child (pregnant while on the pill) 1 miscarriage while on the Nuvaring.. My fertillity is HIGH so I wanted something more "mistake proof". My husband and I had decided on no more children plus I was working full time AND working on my degree full time. The insertion was HORRIBLE it took 3 nurses trying to get it in before they were able to do it! I even had to return an alternate date so that a more "experienced" nurse could try. That should have been my first sign. Around July- September I started getting EXTREME abdominal pain!! Pain so strong I couldn't walk...By December I had to remove it. its almost a year later and I still dont have my regular period :( to make matters worse we have decided on children and have been unable to conceive..) I feel like this is a punishment from God.
