Mirena Extreme Mood Swings, Birth Control for Men, Larascopy, Tubal Ligation, Lower Abdomen
Would NOT recommend it to anyone! My symptoms include: 1. Acne (the deep NEVER-comes-to-a-head kind), 2. NO Sex Drive, 3. SEVERE Pelvic Pain, 4. EXTREME Mood Swings (the "get the f* out of my face" kind), 5. Breast Pain, 6. Sporatic ... more »
Would NOT recommend it to anyone! My symptoms include:
1. Acne (the deep NEVER-comes-to-a-head kind),
2. NO Sex Drive,
3. SEVERE Pelvic Pain,
4. EXTREME Mood Swings (the "get the f* out of my face" kind),
5. Breast Pain,
6. Sporatic Muscle Twitching/Spasms (eyes, arms, and lower abdomen),
7. Dry Vaginal Area,
8. Almost Constant Bleeding/Spotting (2-3 weeks out of the month),
The insertion was EXTREMELY painful. The side effects are only getting worse. And just like most other women with common side effects, most problems are occurring on the left side. Funny because the left side of our bodies represents the "Feminine" side. Seems like Nature's way of saying, "STOP F*ing with me!" LOL.
Seriously though. I've NEVER had any good experiences with the other 7 birth controls I have tried. YES, 7! Don't know why I thought the Mirena would be different. Really want it out, but I'm more afraid of getting prego again. I'm 27 with 2 children and that's all I wanted and all I'm planning on having. Even considering a Larascopy (Tubal Ligation), but then there is the risk of PTLS. :-/ When is someone going to invent a birth control for MEN??? Think the world could use a little bit less Testosterone anyways! Ugh. So over birth control...
Anyone else have bad luck with Birth Control that has found something (or a technique) that actually works???
