Ankle Swelling Due to Comb. Topical and Nifedicalxl

have been taking nifedical in rather lg. doses with no side effects. about 3 wks ago started using tipical oc minoxil for hair loss. woke up this am and my ankles are swollen. how serious a symptom ? any one experience this?
