Pain in Back Related to Norvasc?

I have pain all over my back, but mostly it is in the right side. I take the Norvasc at night before going to bed, and when I turn over, the pain can be really bad on both sides of my back. The pain might be in the kidney area. Sometimes, I have nausea and dizziness. Anybody relate to this?
