i got on the NUVARING at the beginning of March, the doctor said it was the best thing for me while my schedule and since i did not like having to take a pill at the same time every day. a month and a half later IM OFF! i was SO moody, wanted to sleep all the time and had headaches all the time. one night i was driving home and my arm just started hurting, like throbbing pain, and i freaked out and my doctor claims that the NUVARING had nothing to do with it but thats the only reason i can come up with. ive been off the nuvaring for about 2 days now and i will NEVER put another one in AGAIN! :)
