Cefdinir... Diarrhea Diarrhea Diarrhea

I was prescribed Cefdinir 300 mg 2x a day. They were not sure where my bacteria infection was coming from so they prescribed me this as an all over "good" antibiotic. After 4 different trips back to our local urgent care and a trip to the ER a ct on my head and a ct on my belly they still cant figure out what my issue is. I finally stopped taking the cefdinir after constant water diarrhea, fever, chills, loss of appetite, and dizziness. I have been off of this for three days not and still my bowls are not back to normal and feel like there is no end in sight!! Can anyone tell me how long the diarrhea last after taking the last dose? I have been check for c-diff twice and so far do not have it.. crossing my fingers. I have an appointment to see a GI doctor on monday and am really hoping to have the diarrhea gone and my appetite back. Dont take this antibiotic makes you worse!!
