Beyond the typical side effects, has anyone experienced severe mood swings. I feel like I have no patience and can flip at the drop of a hat, followed by uncontrollable crying. I was diagnosed with RA for 3 years, then due to other complications was re-diagnosed with Wergner's Disease. I have been off and on Prednisone in combination with other medications. This time I have been on 30mg of Prednisone for the past 4 months. I have also experienced night sweats, irritability, "moon face", weight gain, dehydration, severe joint pain in my knees, constant cramps and swelling in the legs, thinning of the skin, nervousness, insomnia, and increased appetite.
