Protonix Leg Cramps, Extremities, Gerd, Medication, Fingers

I have taken 40mg of protonix for two weeks and I get severe foot and leg cramps, particularly at night. I stop taking the protonix and the cramps go away. Due to severe GERD. I need to take something. Is there any alternative medication or some treatment to offset the cramps? My arms and fingers hurt, my extremities seen to be losing feeling,
Gbm139 - My legs feel like rubber when I walk which I can't very far anymore due to extreme pain and cramping. Did yours go away when you stopped the med? If so how long did it take?
Nell000 - Damn i have had trouble finding my meds on here due to being in Australia! Now have the lable name for my somac medication and it is protonix!! I have been taking it for about 4 months and have had bloating, recurrent diarrhoea and weakness in muscles
