100 mg versus 150 for yeast

I had some samples of 100 mg diflucan. I took one Sunday night, because it felt like I had yeast infection. The next day, I looked up the correct/usual dose, and found it to be 150 mg. At that point (about 18 hours after the first dose) I took another 100 mg tab. Any idea if this will cause any problem for me/if it is likely the drug will still cure the infection? Thank you.
