25mg 2x day for migraines

hi, i have just been prescribed topamax for my migraines. the morning pill is fine it just makes me feel a bit jittery like a diet pill without the caffeine headache (thank the lord) but the night pill makes my right cheek twitch is this normal? also, when and if i have an outbreak on topamax do i still or can i take imitrex? does any1 else have to force themselves to eat so they don't set off a trigger and get a migraine on topamax?

I tried topamax as an anticonvulsant(10mg) at bedtime. I was to titrate slowly to higher dose but stopped taking it 3 days after starting. Topamax INCREASED my seizure activity. I felt uncontrollable twitching,quivering and jerking of my entire left side of body! It is a dangerous drug. I also have migraine headaches but i use imitrex nasal spray. Research Topamax!! I will never take it again. Strange that topamax causes seizures,because it is an anticonvulsant!! That should tell you all you need to know.!! Good luck.
