3 months down the line

I am right there with ya.. i have been off for about a month and a half. i had tried omeprazole, aciphex, and protonix. all with about the same side effects.. so i decided to take my self off.. i experience some of the same effects you have.. mine seem to come and go.. i have yet to really find a remedy . i use apple cider vinager to help with the reflux which helps a little, but the side effects of the rx's used prior still seem to come around. although.. the dizziness has subsided. head aches not as bad.. but the chest tightness is come and go. also with chest pains. keep in mind i am an extremely healthy guy.. no medical history. have had several ekg's , stress tests, blood work done, and er visits... all with no answers to the side effects.. i will keep looking..
