Adderall XR 20mg's

Posted at 1:31 PM on Aug 21, 2008 by midwstgal, #7232
I've only taken adderall 20 for a couple days, it definitely seems to help but it makes me a little jitery (sp). The 10, doesn't seem to do enough. I have an interview today and I'm nervous about taking it although I tend to be overly ancious so the adderall may help me focus on questions/answers more. Thoughts? I think if I don't take anything I'll be all over the board when answering questions. I just don't want to over do it by taking 20. Is 20 even a lot? Or is my body just not used to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated this interview is extremely important. Thanks

i know this is a little late since your interview was that day but i really wouldn't have had an answer for you anyway, however i am curious on how you are adjusting to the upped mg now?? i use to be on 20mg a day and now on 30 mg a day, at first it was a big difference but only for about a week or two, now my body had adjusted and taken it well. in fact somedays around 3:00 pm i start to feel that it's wearing off (I take it at 8 or 9 am) and wonder if i even need to request higher dosage or different med... i really do like the adderall xr and don't want to switch meds, it works well for me I just hate that it wears off most day around 3 or 4pm. have you had to up dosages again and did it work for you? thanks and i hope your interview went great.
