Aggrenox vs Coumadin?

Could you guys please tell me which is better? My friend has a blocked basilar artery in his brain, had an angioplasty in Oct, opened up the artery 30-40%, now it is at 20%.Could not get a stent in because of his neck arteries. He hates Coumadin, wants to ask the Dr. about Aggrenox. Is it any better? Thanks so much. We really need your help.
