Ankle Foot and Heel pain

I took one 500 mg tablet of levaquin for a throat infection last June after lunch and immediately started experiencing lightheadedness, skin feeling hot, had insomnia and did not sleep all night, heart was racing and palpitating. I did not take a second tablet. Then started have pain in my feet and ankles, had a partially torn tibial tendon and still my feet hurt so much I can barely walk. Beren to doctors and two podiatrists with no relief. What can I do to get rid of this pain and walk normally again?
