annoying snapping sensation

has anyone had this effect : sometimes ( often ) when i turn my head or move quickly I " hear" a snap/shock noise/sensation ! The dr. said it was parathesia but when i looked that up this sx wasn't listed . I have been on klonapin 4myears for anxiety/ panic
