Get your daughter on Gluten-free/sugar-free/dairy-free diet. NO metals in foods - no processed foods. Only distilled or SMART water; vitamins D (3-4 at the beginning), B complex (one/day), C (3-4 at the beginning), liver boost. Check food and all product labels (including hair and beauty) so that there are NO metals.
