Any problems while taking any increase of Levoxyl

I have been on 75mcg of Levoxyl for a couple of years with no problems! A couple of weeks ago my doctor changed my dosage to 100mcg.I have been having bouts of diarrhea at night!Has anyone had any problems like this with just a small dosage increase.I also have Lupus along with the hypothroidism.
