Are side effect forever after you stop taking Topamax?

I have been off of it for six weeks after being on for five years. While my memory seems 10 to 20 percent better, my hair is falling out more and my nails are even more paper thin. Can anyone tell me if the symptoms go away completely and you get better or am I stuck being stupid and bald in the future?

wow I didn't even know losing hair was a part of the side effects, I thought it was because of my anemia,I stopped taking the Topamax though because I had a kidney stone and then read that ppl on this drug are at a higher risk for them, they are one of the worst things you can go through, now my doctor has me on Inderal....the jury is still out of that one, I just started it.
