Atenolol and Excessive Sweating

I have taken Atenolol 50mg twice a day for several years. Has anyone else experienced excessive sweating, particularly facial and the nape of the neck? Although sweating is not listed in the drug literature as a possible side effect, I have read on other message boards that others besides myself have encountered this problem. Thank you for any experience you might share.

BEEN ON ATENOLOL FOR 6 YEARS AND YES THE SWEATING FOR ME IN THE SAME AREAS AS YOU (FACE AND NAPE) IS SO PROFUSE ESPECIALLY DURING SLEEP HOURS THAT I'AM DRENCHED AND CONSTANLY WAKEING UP WIPING SWEAT
